QNJ Series Capsule Rupture Relay
The QNJ series capsule rupture relay is designed for on-load tap changers, reactors, and oil-immersed power transformers equipped with capsule oil storage tanks. If the capsule is damaged and leaks oil or gas, the gas migrates to the upper end of the capsule and enters the relay, replacing the insulating oil inside it. When the gas volume reaches a set level, an alarm or trip contact is triggered.
